Phrase: This variation’s phrases are in four 6/8 measure segments. Trace them by drawing arcs in the air with your hand as you listen!

Theme and Variation: Listen to the theme here. Sing the melody with your teacher. 

In this variation, the melody is hidden in a sea of sixteenth notes! Use the sheet music (pg. 2) like a word search to find the theme. The notes you need to find are below:

-First Phrase: E F# E A G# B G# F# E

-Second Phrase: B C# D F# E D C# E C# B D C# B A

(Hint: it often appears as the first sixteenth note of each beat, but not always!)
